How we compare gaming companies
When we checked EloAscend, the League of Legends shop was only part of the picture. The marketplace had other games, and the product types were different. Minecraft accounts did not turn into Minecraft coaching. That is the sort of detail this method is meant to catch before a company goes into a comparison.

Current basis: checked public catalogues and labelled external snapshots. Community review submissions are not open yet.
Start with the offer
First we check the company name and the website attached to it. Similar names can belong to different businesses. If we cannot make the match, we keep the listing and say what is missing.
Then we look through the public catalogue. Boosting, coaching and accounts are separate products here. Currency, items, gift cards, top-ups and game keys have their own categories too. A game appearing in a menu does not confirm the full range of products. We look for the offer attached to that title; if we have only checked the game, the table says so.
Keep each number in its own place
The starting file had 46 businesses and 43 scores. It was supplied to us as a Trustpilot extract collected through DataForSEO. It arrived without the original source records or extraction dates. We keep that limitation next to the figures, rather than asking readers to treat them as today's ratings.
On 31 profiles you will also find a historical company panel from another source. That panel has its own dates, prices, traffic estimates and reports of purchases. Those purchases were not ours. We have not seen the private receipts, and we do not use the panel to overwrite the supplied score.
Read the Top 3 as a comparison
The highest supplied score appears first. A tie keeps the order of the original list. A company without a number goes at the end; we do not give it zero.
Choosing a game narrows the list to companies whose catalogue includes that title. It does not turn their company-wide score into a test of that game's service. The Top 3 is a quick way into the profiles. Its position is not a promise about delivery, a particular seller or your next order.
Leave a gap when there is a gap
An overall score leaves plenty unanswered. We cannot work backwards from it to count one-star or five-star reviews, so an absent breakdown stays absent. The same care applies to time: a wait before work starts is different from the time taken to finish the job. Price rows keep the units shown by their source.
On EloAscend's page, the peer charts give you a historical comparison with 31 other companies. We add their available figures and divide by the number of companies supplying a value. Each has the same weight. These averages do not describe EloAscend's own visitors or deliveries. The figures, the companies included and the number contributing each month are there to inspect.
Make room for real experiences
Nobody has published a GameScoreLab review yet. The community rating stays empty until that changes. External figures, sample customers and staff-written testimonials cannot fill it.
When submissions open, reviews must describe a first-hand experience. Purchase evidence will need a private check before a purchase badge can appear. A checked receipt will tell readers that the evidence was reviewed; it will not guarantee the service. The rating calculation and moderation process will be published before reviews go live. We have not chosen undisclosed weights or started awarding scores.
Show what a correction changes
A fresh catalogue check can change a game's company list. A corrected source record can change a fact sheet. Neither should pass unnoticed as a change to a customer's experience. We keep the source basis and check date with the relevant information, and record material changes on the transparency page.
Company profiles are unclaimed. Ownership checks, replies and appeals are still being prepared. A company will not be able to pay for a higher rating or the removal of criticism. Before submissions open, the people operating and moderating the service, along with a working contact route, must be identified.
Take the profile to the offer
Read the company profile, then check the actual product: the game, platform, region, seller, price and delivery terms. A logo helps you recognise a business. A score adds context. Neither settles the details of a purchase.
Our descriptions are original, AI-assisted summaries of public company pages. We review the wording against the evidence and keep it separate from first-hand customer accounts. A language model's opinion or an AI-detector result is not a source for a company's rating.
