Our review guidelines
A useful review tells other players what happened. These rules will apply equally to positive and negative experiences.
Updated 8 October 2026 · Version 1
Reviews are not open for submission yet.
These are the rules for the planned review service. Purchase verification, sign-in and company replies are not live.
Share a first-hand experience
Write about a purchase or service you experienced yourself. Do not review a company on someone else’s behalf or repeat a story you cannot support.
Be specific and fair
Explain what you bought, approximately when it happened and how the company responded. You can be critical. Avoid threats, abuse, hate speech and unsupported allegations.
Keep evidence private
Purchase evidence will be checked privately. Never include passwords, login codes, payment details, an unredacted receipt or another person’s contact details in a public review.
A badge needs an evidence check
A review will only receive a “Verified purchase” badge after its submitted evidence has been checked. The badge will describe that check, not an endorsement of the company or every statement in a review.
No paid or fabricated reviews
Do not post in exchange for money, discounts, gifts or a promised refund. Staff, owners and people with a commercial relationship must not pose as ordinary customers. We will not seed the site with sample reviews.
One review for one experience
Do not use extra accounts to repeat a review. A genuine follow-up should update the original experience. Repeated wording and unusual submission patterns will require further checks before publication.
Your words stay yours
Moderation will address rule breaches and personal information. It will not rewrite your opinion, improve a company’s rating or turn criticism into praise. Material changes will be explained to the author.
Companies get a right of reply
Once ownership checks are available, companies will be able to respond to reviews. They will not be able to delete a review or buy its removal. A report will trigger a moderation check, not an automatic takedown.
Decisions can be challenged
The launch service will include a way for authors and companies to appeal a moderation decision. No reporting or appeal channel is open yet; its contact details and process must be published before submissions open.
A rating must come from real reviews
The planned company rating is the arithmetic mean of published reviews that have passed the purchase evidence check. Removed or unpublished reviews will not count. An empty profile has no rating, rather than a rating of zero.
Common questions
Can I write a negative review?
Yes, once submissions open. The same evidence and content rules will apply to all ratings. A company disagreeing with you will not, by itself, be a reason to remove your review.
Does a listing mean the company is safe?
No. A listing identifies a company. It is not an endorsement, a purchase check or a guarantee. Game accounts and boosting may also be restricted by the game publisher’s terms.
Can I submit a review today?
No. Sign-in, private evidence checks, moderation and appeals need to be ready before review submissions open.
